not exactly following this.. i meant like around wes and jenny is the sort of effect you get when you turn up clarity.. but that effect is localized to separate them and the background.. elaborate please :p

I see it too, but I think it’s just the depth perception because of pillars. And it’s funny cause I actually lowered the clarity in this photo :P Also might be because of me bumping up fill light so the lighting seems different and almost as if they’re photoshopped in.

dayum what did you do to make them look so separated from the background @.@

lol I zoomed in. Although for portrait work you generally don’t want the lens to be at anything less than 50mm so this was pushing it.
